(“Valkyrja Interactive,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use any of our mobile applications, websites, or related online services (collectively, the “Services”). Unless a product-specific policy states otherwise, this Policy applies to every app or site we publish.

Children: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or higher age where local law applies). If we learn we have done so, we delete it promptly.
2. LEGAL BASES (EEA/UK)
We rely on: Contract, Legitimate Interests, Consent, and Legal Obligation as defined by the GDPR/UK-GDPR.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- Service Operation – account creation, personalised readings, cloud sync.
- Improvement & Research – analytics, A/B tests, machine-learning model training.
- Communications – transactional emails, push notifications, support replies.
- Marketing (opt-in) – newsletters, feature announcements.
- Security & Fraud – detect misuse, protect intellectual property.
- Legal Compliance – subpoenas, dispute resolution.
4. SHARING & DISCLOSURE
We never sell personal data. We share only with:
- Service Providers – hosting (Google Cloud/Firebase), analytics (Firebase, RevenueCat), crash reporting (Crashlytics), email (SendGrid).
- Legal Authorities – when legally compelled.
- Business Transfers – merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with notice).
- With Consent – e.g., exporting your data to another app.
- ▶ Advertising Partners – only if an ad-supported version is released; shared data is limited to IDFA/ADID and contextual signals.
5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards where required.
6. DATA RETENTION
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, then delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion at any time (Section 8).
7. SECURITY

California (CCPA/CPRA) – You may request disclosure of data categories, opt-out of “sale” (we do not sell), and exercise non-discrimination rights.
Colorado / Virginia / Connecticut – Similar opt-out and appeal rights apply; instructions are the same.
9. COOKIES & SIMILAR TECH
We use first-party cookies and mobile SDKs to remember preferences, measure usage, and improve services.
You may disable cookies or reset your advertising identifier in device settings; some features may not work properly.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
When you interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Apple HealthKit, Google Sign-In, AI image generation APIs), their privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review those policies.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced via email (if available) and in-app notice. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
